David is a nationally-accredited, board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. After undergraduate nursing studies at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, he completed his Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University. He worked in Subspecialty and Critical Care at White Memorial, LAC+USC, and USC Keck Medical Centers before joining LAOSS in 2019.

David worked in the Subspecialty & Critical Care settings at White Memorial, LAC+USC, and USC Keck Medical Centers before joining Los Angeles Orthopedic Surgery Specialists in 2019. He has experience in critical care, fracture care, wound care management, suturing and assisting during surgical procedures, giving injections, and monitoring and treating patients pre- and post-surgery.
David enjoys staying up to date on the most current practice recommendations by attending continuing education courses based on the advanced critical care provider's formation.
