Whitty earned her Master of Science degree from Stony Brook University’s Physician Assistant Program, where she conducted research comparing TAVR vs. SAVR in intermediate-risk patients. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine.
Whitty has gained diverse clinical experience as a Medical Assistant in various healthcare settings, including Coastal Cardiology of OC, Damirchi Family Practice, and Coastal Care Urgent Care. She is also dedicated to community service, volunteering with organizations like the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island and Ellen’s Breast Cancer 5K Run.
Board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed in both New York and California, Whitty maintains Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Infection Control Barrier Protection certifications. Her commitment to continuous learning and excellence ensures the highest standards of patient-centered care in primary care and orthopedics.
