Michelle started her educational journey at the University of California, San Diego, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development. She then pursued a post-baccalaureate pre-medical program at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She obtained a Master of Public Administration and Policy degree at USC’s Keck School of Medicine.
Michelle has completed extensive training in addition to her educational background, including working for USC Medical Center and Antelope Valley Medical Center in Lancaster, California. Additionally, she gained specialized otolaryngology and orthopedic surgery experience at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and Adventist Health Glendale in Glendale, California, respectively. She also brings expertise in treatments centered on mental health.
Michelle works closely with Dr. Malafa, particularly in supporting patients with hand-related medical concerns. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
Michelle is available for patient care at the East Los Angeles location.
