A Southern California native, Dr. Longacre earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences from UC Riverside before obtaining his medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA in 2008. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at USC Medical Center, gaining extensive surgical expertise. He is a member of the California Orthopaedic Association and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS).
